Whole30

Today marks the day I start my second Whole30!

You can find all about the Whole30 here but basically it is a 30-day reset program for your body by eliminating all inflammatory foods, i.e. grains, legumes, dairy, alcohol and sugar.

This will be my second go and you can read all about my first experience here.

I cannot wait to get that awesome feeling of wellness again. I have over indulged on raw treats and feel a desperate need to kick the sugar addiction up the backside! My body needs a recharge and I know this works.
